摘要 采用不同剂量的60 Coγ射线 ,对南昌霉素产生菌———南昌链霉菌 80 - 5 .3- 116菌株的孢子进行处理。结果表明 ,3万仑琴的诱变剂量在对孢子致死率 90 %左右时 ,具有较好的诱变效应 ;初筛摇瓶产量正变率达到2 1.0 8% ;复筛摇瓶发酵单位比出发菌株提高 5 0 %以上的有 10株 ,占初筛菌株的 5 % ;连续 4批摇瓶发酵试验平均产量比出发菌株的产量提高 5 0 %以上 ;有 6个菌株摇瓶产量分别比出发菌株提高 6 0 %和 70 Different sosages of 60 Co irradiation were adopted upon the spore suspension of Streptomyces Nanchangensis 80-5.3-116 produced by Nanchangmycin. The study showed that when 30 000 thongen mutagenization sosage was provided, 90% of the spores died, resulting a good mutagenic effect. Under this circumstance, the rate of positive mutation was 21.08% in the pre-screening, and the average re-screening yield of 4 batch eperiments was 50% higher than that of the parent strains. 6 of the advanced strains presented a yield 60%~70% higher than of the parent strains.
