摘要
分离江西省各地区的稻瘟病菌株 ,建立单孢株 ,对这些单孢株进行交配型测定 ,结果显示 :交配型为A型菌株的地区有 :南昌地区和抚州地区 ;交配型为a型菌株的地区有 :赣州、宜春、上饶地区和抚州地区。将这些稻瘟病菌交配型A和a菌株分生孢子悬浮液与药剂三环唑和拮抗细菌发酵液混合 ,测定交配型A和a菌株对药剂的适生性 ,结果是交配型a菌株对药剂的敏感性与交配型A菌株相近。本研究表明 :江西省存在两种稻瘟菌交配株菌株 。
The isolates of Pycularia grisea from different districts of Jiangxi Province and single-spore isolates were gained to test their mating-type. The result showed that there were mating-type A(MAT 1-1 ) isolates in Nanchang and Fuzhou, mating-type a(MAT 1-2 ) isolates in Ganzhou, Yichun, Shangrao and Fuzhou. The suspension of conidia from mating-type A or a isolates was mixed with chemical(tricylazole) and the supernatant for antagonistic bacterium culture to test their fitness. The result showed that they were alike in susceptibility against chemicals.
