摘要
将桔小实蝇 (Bactroceradorsalis) 3龄幼虫接入沙田柚 (Citrusgrandis)果实中 ,置于 1.7℃± 0 .0 6℃下 ,至果心温度达到 2℃时 ,然后贮藏处理 14d ,感染在果实中处理的 1175 2 5头幼虫被完全杀死。果实损伤测定试验表明 ,在此处理条件下 。
Pomeloes (Citrus grandis) artificial infested with the 3rd instar larvae of oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera (Bactrocera) dorsalis Hendel, were held at 1.7℃±0.06℃. When the central fruit temperature reached 2℃, it was further stored at this temperature for a period of 14 days. The results showed that the total 117 525 larvae in the pomeloes were killed completely. During the treatment, the fruit quality showed no significant difference from that of the control.
