摘要
对福建省不同地区与生境的小菜蛾种群进行异质性研究。结果表明 :福建省小菜蛾EST谱带模式可分为A、B、C等 3区 ,共 14条带 ;不同地区小菜蛾种群EST谱带位点及杂合体频率不同 ,聚类后归为 4类 ,具有空间多态性 ,存在异质现象 ;取食不同寄主植物的小菜蛾种群EST谱带组成及强弱表现明显不同 ,体现生境多样性 。
The population heterogeneity of Plutella xylostella under the conditions of different areas and various living environments in Fujian Province was studied. The result indicated that the EST zymogram of Plutella xylostella could be divided into A, B and C districts, totalling 14 bands; the EST locus and heterozygote periodicity of Plutella xylostella in different areas were classified into 4 kinds, possessing space polymorphism and existing heterogeneity phenomenon. The formation and expression of EST zymogram of population of Plutella xylostella on various plant host were obviously different, indicating the diversity of living environments and the existence of heterogeneity.
