木兰科含笑属深山含笑、乐昌含笑花粉技术的研究

Studies on the Pollen Technique of M.maudiae Dunn and M.chapensis Dandy

研究了深山含笑和乐昌含笑杂交中的花粉技术。结果表明 :深山含笑的花期为 2月下旬～ 3月下旬 ,乐昌含笑的花期为 3月中旬～ 4月中旬 ,两树种不同花期的花粉品质差别不大 ;新鲜花粉萌发率都很高 ;两树种花粉均可作短期低温干燥 (干燥器中 ,4℃冰箱内 )贮藏 ,贮藏 5～ 6个月后的花粉生活率很低 ,且萌发时间长 。

The pollen technique of cross-breeding in M.maudiae Dunn and M.chapensis Dandy was studied. The results show that: The anthesis of M.maudiae Dunn is the end February～the end March,the anthesis of M.chapensis Dandy is the middle March～the middle April.There is little difference in pollen quality of the two flowering periods. The buding rate of latest pollen is very high.Their pollen can be stored in drying(using desiccants) and low temperature(4℃ in refrigerator) condition for a short time.The pollen stored for five to six months buds at a very low rate and later, and the pollen tube is shorter.
