青海云杉硬枝扦插繁殖研究 被引量:84

摘要 主要讨论了不同处理对青海云杉扦插生根和生长的影响。研究结果表明 ,不同激素在不同浓度和基质上对不同年龄母树青海云杉的生根生长影响显著 ,而温室或露地覆盖地膜对云杉的扦插影响不明显。而且 ,不同处理的几项测定指标分析结果表明 ,①激素处理效果由好到坏的排序为 :IBA(吲哚丁酸 ) >NAA(萘乙酸 ) >IAA(吲哚乙酸 ) >ABT生根粉 1>CK ;扦插基质的效果为 :森林土 >泥炭土 >珍珠岩 +泥炭土 (3∶1) ;②10 0mg/kg的IBA处理最好 ,5 0、15 0mg/kg的居中 ,2 0 0mg/kg和CK最差 ;③对于 2~ 12年生的母树来说 ,年龄越小 ,生根率越高 ,营养生长越差 ;年龄越大 ,生根率越低 ,营养生长越好 ;④细沙 +苔藓的基质生根最好 ,森林土、细沙 +煤渣居中 。 This paper mainly discusses the different effects of treatments, such as hormone, concentration, substrate, age, on rooting and growth of Qinghai spruce. The results showed that Spruce was remarkably affected by different treatments of hormone, concentration, substrate, age, but the treatments of greenhouse or land covered by plastics film almost produced little influence on the cutting of Qinghai spruce. Moreover, several measured indexes showed, ①the order of the effects of different hormone levels from good to bad is IBA (Indole Butyric Acid), NAA(Naphthalene Acetic Acid), IAA(Heteroauxing), ABT rootage powder number one, CK(water control), and the order of the effects of different soil types is forest soil, turf soil, perlite+turf soil(3∶1).②100 mg/kg IBA is the best hormone condition of treatments, 50 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg are in the middle, and 200 mg/kg and CK are the worst. ③For the spruce within 2~12 years old, the rate of rooting decreased with age, and the growth of the branch increased with age.④It also proved that the substrate made of sand and lichen is the nest, and that of sand and coal is in the middle, the sand is the worst.
