Circulation economy is a new global development trend in the turning of the new century, it is also an important method to realize sustainable development. This paper introduces the concept of circulation economy, through actual examples it indicates the measures to develop circulation economy from the aspects of scientific product process, waste re utilization, and strengthening the social common sense.
