农药除虫脲的毒性试验

Toxicity testing of the pesticide diflubenzuron

目的 :测试农药除虫脲的经口、经皮急性毒性和对眼、皮肤的刺激性以及皮肤对其的过敏性。为除虫脲的安全使用提供毒理学依据。方法 :经口、经皮急性毒性试验 ,眼、皮肤刺激试验以及皮肤过敏试验均按照我国现行《农药登记毒理学试验方法》规定方法进行。结果与结论 :除虫脲急性经口、经皮毒性属低毒 ,对兔眼及皮肤无刺激性 ,属弱致敏物 ;

Aim: To test the acute oral and dermal toxicity, the skin and eye irritability, and the dermal delayed hypersensitivity reactions of diflubenzuron,and to provide toxicological data for using diflubenzuron safely. Methods: All of the tests including the acute oral and dermal toxicity, eye and skin irritability and the dermal delayed hypersensitivity reactions (DHRs) were based on the Chinese standards of 'toxicological test methods of pesticides for registration'. Results and Conclusion: Acute oral and dermal toxicity of diflubenzuron is low; there were no skin and eye irritability in rabbits. It is a weak sensitizer. Diflubenzuron is safe for human beings and domestic animals.
