乳癌患者血清TNF、IL-2、IL-6检测

Serum test of TNF,IL-2, and IL-6 for patients with mastocarcinoma

目的 :探讨乳癌患者血清肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)、白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )、白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )测定的临床意义。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法对 4 9例乳癌、31例乳腺良性病变患者血清TNF、IL 2、IL 6进行了测定 ,并与 30例健康女性对照。结果 :乳癌组血清TNF、IL 6含量明显高于正常对照组和良性病变组 (P <0 0 1) ;且随着临床分期的增加 ,而逐步升高 ;而IL 2含量则明显低于正常对照组和良性病变组 (P <0 0 1) ,且随病情进展呈降低趋势 ;良性病变组与正常对照组相比 ,TNF、IL 2、IL 6差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :乳癌患者血清中多种细胞因子存在分泌调节紊乱 ,检测乳癌患者血清TNF、IL 2、IL 6 ,可作为乳癌辅助诊断。

Aim: To study the clinical significance of the test of serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF), interleukine 2(IL 2), and interleukine 6(IL 6) in patients with mastocarcinoma. Methods: The serum TNF, IL 2, and IL 6 in 49 cases of mastocarcinoma, 31 cases of benign disease, and 30 normal women were tested by using radioimmunoassay. Results: The serum TNF and IL 6 for patients with mastocarcinoma were remarkably higher than those of normal group and benign disease group ( P <0 01),and it would continuously increase along with the development of the mastocarcinoma. But the serum IL 2 were obviously lower than those of normal group and benign disease group ( P <0 01), and it would continuously decreased along with the development of the mastocarcinoma. The serum TNF,IL 2 and IL 6 had no remarkable difference between normal group and benign disease group ( P >0 05). Conclustion: Many cell factors have secretion and regulation turbulence in serum for patients with mastocarcinoma. The tests could be reference indexes for diagnosis and prediction for patients with mastocarcinoma.
