摘要 目的 :探讨磁共振弥散加权成像 (DWI)在脑梗死诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 :对 5 4例脑梗死患者的DWI图像及SET1WI、FSET2 WI、FLAIR图像进行比较研究分析。结果 :DWI对超急性期、急性期脑梗死高度敏感 ,达10 0 % ,对急性出血性脑梗死亦很敏感 ;对亚急性期脑梗死敏感性 (33% )低于SET1WI、FSET2 WI、FLAIR(10 0 % ) ;FSET2 WI、FLAIR对慢性期脑梗死和脱髓鞘病变敏感性高 (10 0 % ) ,DWI对此不敏感。结论 :DWI是诊断超急性期、急性期脑梗死最敏感的检查方法之一 ,结合SET1WI、FSEF2 WI、FLAIR能区分急性期和慢性期脑梗死。 Aim:To study the clinical value of MR diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction Methods: The DWI features in 54 patients with cerebral infarction were analyzed and the comparisons with SE T 1WI,FSE T 2WI and FLAIR were made Results:DWI was 100% sensitive to hyper acute and acute cerebral infarction,and was also sensitive to acute hemorrhagic infarction. For subacute cerebral infarction, the sensitivity of DWI was 33%, much lower than these of FSE T 2WI and FLAIR (100%).Conclusion:DWI is one of the most sensitive methods in diagnosing hyper acute and acute cerebral infarction and can differentiate the acute and chronic cerebral infarction when combined with SE T 1WI,FSE T 2WI and FLAIR
