氟中毒家猪的血尿生化和腓骨形态计量学研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对四川荥经县燃煤污染型氟中毒家猪的血尿生化和腓骨下三分之一进行了研究。结果表明,氟中毒家猪血钙明显低于对照组,血氟、尿氟和骨氟明显高于对照组。骨形态计量学研究表明,氟中毒家猪腓骨下三分之一四环素单标记明显减少,而双标记明显增加,骨皮质的哈佛管数目显著增加,说明氟中毒使家猪腓骨管状骨的骨转换增加,而矿化速度无明显改变。 Bone histomorphometry of fibula and biochemical analyses of serum and urinewere carried out on groups of domestic pigs with endemic fluorosis.It was suggestedthat the fluoride content either in serum and urine or in bone tissue was significantly increased in the fluorotic group in comparison with the control while serumcalcium was decreased.It indicated that a significant amount of fluoride was accum-ulated in pigs with fluorosis.Bone histomorphometric study showed that singlelabels were reduced while double labels were increased.On the other hand,the num-ber of Haversian canals was significantly increased,suggesting a high bone turnoverrate in pigs with fluorosis,stimulated by the excessive amount of fluoride.Mi-neralization appositional rate and mean osteoid seam width were not changed much.
