慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(COPD)患者肺功能运动试验的表现特点

Features of Pulmonary Function Exercise Test in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases

本文报告 COPD 患者及健康人的运动负荷递增肺功能试验各20例。COPD 患者运动肺功能特点是 MV、VO_2、VO_2/HR、VO_2/W 及 PaO_2明显降低,而 PaCO_2明显增高。比较两组以上各指标间的差异和相关关系,说明运动负荷递增肺功能试验在临床应用上的重要性。

Incremental exercise test of pulmonary function was studied in 20 cases of COPDand 20 healthy subjects as normal controls.The result showed that.as comparedwith normal control,the decrement of MV,VO_2,VO_2/HR,VO_2/W,and PaO_2 weresignificant,so was the increments of PaCO_2.The correlation between the decre-ments and the increments of 6 indices of pulmonary function mentioned above furtherindicated the important role of increment exercise test in evaluating COPD.
