摘要 目的 :探讨胸腔积液及腹水端粒酶活性的检测及应用价值。方法 :采用PCR basedassay检测了肺癌、恶性肿瘤胸腔积液及腹水中的端粒酶活性。结果 :18例肺癌及恶性胸腔积液及腹水端粒酶活性均呈阳性 ,且其中 2例恶性渗出液端粒酶活性阳性诊断早于同步病例结果。正常组织及对照均呈阴性反应。结论 :端粒酶活性在恶性胸腔积液及腹水诊断中是一个非常有用的鉴别方法。 Objective To determine the diagnostic value of hydrothorax and hydroperitioneum telomerase activity in distinguishing a malignant from a nonmalignant effusion.Methods Using a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based assay,telomerase activity was examined in lung cancer,malignant hydrothorax and hydroperitioneum.Results The presence of telomerase activity was observed in 18 malignant samples.Two malignant effusions were positive diagnosed by TRAP assay and negative by effusion cytopathology.Conclusions The detection of telomerase activity may be a useful adjunct to cytopathologic method in the diagnosis of malignant effusions.
