消癖1～6号口服液干预治疗乳腺癌癌前病变的研究

The Clinical Research of "Xiaopi" Oral Liquids in Reversing Precancerosis of Breast and Affecting the Secretion of E_2 and P in Luteal Phase

目的 :研究消癖口服液干预治疗乳腺癌癌前病变的疗效及其对黄体期雌二醇 (E2 )、孕酮 (P)分泌的影响。方法 :运用消癖口服液、TAM及乳癖消对该人群进行干预治疗 ,并进行比较研究。结果 :消癖口服液与TAM对乳腺高频X线影像的改善均有一定作用 ,且可降低该人群黄体期E2 水平 ,但对黄体期P分泌影响不大。乳癖消对该人群的X线征象与黄体期E2 、P均有一定的影响 ,但差异无统计学意义。结论 :消癖口服液可能对乳腺癌癌前病变具有阻断与逆转作用 ,而降低黄体期E2 水平是消癖口服液干预治疗乳腺癌癌前病变的重要机制之一。

Objective To research the effectiveness of 'Xiaopi' oral liquids in reversing precancerosis of breast and affecting the secretion of estrogen (E 2) and progesterone (P) in luteal phase.Methods Applying 'Xiaopi' oral liquids,TAM or 'Rupixiao' respectively to intervene reversing precancerosis of breast.Results Both 'Xiaopi' oral liquids and TAM can recover the normal signs in the X ray.and decrease E 2 level in luteal phase,but have little influence on the secretion of progestin in luteal phase. 'Rupixiao' have certain influence on X ray signs and the secretion on E 2 and P of this group,but have no difference in statistics.Conclusions 'Xiaopi' oral liquids maybe have some effectiveness on reversing precancerosis of breast,and decreasing E 2 level in luteal phase is one of the crucial mechanisms.
