摘要
本文报告以促甲状腺激素释放激素(TRH)治疗 West 综合征和 Lennox-Gastaut综合征各10例所取得的初步疗效。具体方法是对确诊为上述两综合征的患者在继续服用原有抗痫药外每日肌注 TRH 0.9mg,10～30天。于治疗前后均进行临床评价、脑电图或脑电功率谱检查以及智商或发育商测定以资对比。试用结果:部分 West 综合征和 Lennox-Gastaut 综合征患儿的临床发作,脑电图或功率谱,智商或发育商各有不同程度的好转或提高。提示 TRH 可能促进两综合征患儿的脑结构或功能的发育或成熟,从而提高了这些患儿的智能水平和抗痫能力。
The therapeutic effects of thyrotropin releasing hormone(TRH)on each 10cases of West syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome were reported.The therapeu-tic protocol was TRH 0.9mg i.m.q.d.for 10-30 days.Clinical assessment,EEG and/or power spectral analysis of EEG,IQ or DQ were performed before and aftertreatment.The results suggested that TRH might possibly promote the developmentof brain function in patients suffering from West syndrome or Lennox-Gastaut syn-drome,and thus improve the patients' intelligence and ability against epileptic sei-zures.
