剖宫产后晚期阴道出血11例报告

Post-Cesarean Late Vaginal Bleeding,Report of 11 Cases

本文报道了剖宫产后晚期阴道出血11例。晚期阴道出血是剖宫产的严重并发症,多由子宫切口感染所致。5例行子宫切除术,6例保守治疗成功,无一例死亡。文中就剖宫产后晚期出血的诊断、处理及预防进行了讨论,对该病保守治疗的可行性作了初步探讨。

Eleven cases of late vaginal hemorrhage following the cesarean section werereported.Late vaginal hemorrhage was a serious complication of cesarean Sectionand usually caused by infection of uterine incision.Hysterectomy was performed in5 cases,and the other 6 cases was subjected to conservative treatment.No deathhappened in the series.The diagnosis,management and prevention of late hemo-rrhage following cesarean section were also discussed and it was indicated that con-servative treatment was valuable in some conditions.
