HPVI6L1晚期蛋白的鉴定及电镜观察的研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的:通过对HPVI6L1晚期蛋白的鉴定及电镜观察,为制备宫颈癌预防性疫苗奠定基础。方法:采用Westernblot方法对所表达蛋白进行特异性鉴定,并利用透射电镜观察HPVI6L1在酵母菌中自我组装成的病毒样颗粒(VLPs)。结果:所表达的外源蛋白能与鼠抗HPVI6L1单克隆抗体特异结合,证明该蛋白确为HPVI6L1基因编码,电镜下观察到了HPVI6L1的VLPs。结论:HPVI6L1基因经诱导可表达HPVI6L1晚期蛋白,该蛋白可自我组装成VLPs.
