摘要
目的 :探讨合理处理闭合性喉外伤的方法。方法 :回顾分析 1988至 2 0 0 1年收治的闭合性喉外伤12例的临床资料。结果 :12例闭合性喉外伤中 4例行喉整复术 ,3例拔除气管套管 ,1例带管出院 ,5例行气管切开术后拔管。结论 :在处理闭合性喉外伤中应尽可能保留。
Objective:To study the reasonable treatment for closed larynx injury.Method:From 1988 to 2001,12 cases of closed laryngeal injuries were operated and analyzed retrospectively.Result:The tubes of 3 cases were removed in 4 with laryngeal taxis;the tubes were removed in 5 cases with tracheotomy.Conclusion:In closed larynx injury,operators should do their best to reserve the laryngeal function and prevent complications.
