摘要
目的 :探讨面中部骨折的原因、类型及治疗方法。方法 :回顾分析 113例面中部骨折的临床资料 ,治疗了鼻骨、颧弓、视神经损伤及颧上颌骨骨折。结果 :分别采用与骨折部位相应的治疗方法 ,均获得满意效果。结论 :LeFort分类仍是面中部骨折较实用的分类方法 ,面中部骨折应先治疗视神经损伤 。
Objective:To study the causes,type and treatment of midface fractures.Methods:113 cases of midface fractures were reviewed.The nasal bone fracture,zygomatic arch fracture,optic nerve contusion,zygomatic maxilla fracture were treated.Result:All types of bone fractures got satisfied result.Conclusion:LeFort classfication is still a practicable method about midface fracture.Optic nerve consion should be first treated in all the midface fracture.Optic canal descompression under mycteric endoscope and internal rigid fixation are effective at present.
