论“以病人为中心”与“以质量为核心”的统一关系

Discussion on the relationship between patient centered and quality centered

分析医疗机构“以病人为中心”与“以质量为核心”的内涵、区别和内在联系 ;“以病人为中心”与“以质量为核心”是辩证统一的关系 ,前者是根据 ,后者是动力 ;医疗机构要以病人为中心开展全面质量管理工作 ,把病人始终作为关注焦点 。

Analyzing the relationship between patient centered and quality centered, the authors suggested that both of them should be united and we should treat them in general. The medical institutions should strengthen general quality management basing on patient centered. The satisfactory of the patients should be one important goal in evaluating medical outcomes.
