医疗保险制度改革对职工就医行为的影响

Effects of the reform of medical insurance system on the employees hospitalizing

为了解医疗保险制度改革对职工就医行为的影响 ,我们随机抽取600名职工作为研究对象 ,对他们的就医行为等进行调查。结果表明 ,在选择就医医院方面 ,医改前后有差别 ;在选择就诊医师、开药价位等方面 ,医改前后无明显变化。

In order to study the effects of the reform of medical insurance system on the employees hospitalizing, 600 employees were sampled randomly to complete the questionnaires of their hospitalizing. The data showed that the hospitals of employees hospitalizing were different between before and after reform, that the doctors and drug expenditure did not change significantly. Negative effects on the employees hospitalizing did not be found after the reform of medical insurance system.
