摘要
采用单克隆抗体和免疫荧光技术,对18例类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者和15例自愿健康者外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群进行了测定,结果 RA 组 T3+、T4+细胞较对照组降低,而 T8+细胞有所升高,从而导致 T4+/T8+比值下降,其表明 RA 组 T 细胞亚群分布异常。
T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood from 18 patients with rheumatoid ar-thritis(RA)and 15 normal controls were detected by immunofluorescent techniquewith monoclonal antibodies.The mean percentages of T3 and T4 decreased,but that of T8 increased.The T4/T8 was reduced.The results showed that abnormal distri-bution of T lymphocyte subsets was present in RA.
