摘要
采用氧化镁和蛋白酶两步法处理铬鞣废革屑 ,得到水解蛋白质 ,然后用甲醛对它进行改性。研究了各种因素 ,如甲醛用量、反应液 p H值、浓度、温度、反应时间等 ,通过测定改性蛋白质的黏度、皮粉吸收率和耐铬稳定性 ,优选并确定了用甲醛对水解蛋白质进行改性的条件。
Chrome shavings was digested with an alkali in the first step and with an protease in the second step, and the hydrolysate protein obtained in the last step was modified by formaldehyde. Some parameters for chemical modification of hydrolysate protein by formaldehyde such as dosage of formaldehyde, pH value and concentration of solution, the reacting temperature and time were studied. The conditions of modification were determined by a series of experiments.
