摘要
论述了高校教育工作者应转变观念 ,充分认识培养创新人才的必要性 ,并就创新人才的培养提出了加强教师队伍建设、深化教学改革、营造创新氛围、加强人文素质教育等对策。
It is necessary that the teaching staff of universities change their concept in order to bring up creative elitists.Some problems have been proposed concerning building a strong teaching staff,deepening education reform,forming atmosphere in which the elitists can be fostered and reinforcing quality education.
