摘要
新合纤仿麻织物由于组成纤维性能不同、其耐热性、收缩性等因素而影响染色质量.结合实践提出从坯布、染料和助剂、设备、染整过程、化验室操作、化验室小样与车间染色6个方面控制色差的产生及防范措施。
Owing to different properties of compositional fibres of linnet from shin-gosen, its dyeing quality is influenced by such factors as the heat resistance and shrinking property of the fibres. The researcher, based on production practice, has set forth measures for control of and prevention against colour difference occurance starting from grey fabric, dyes and auxiliary agent, equipments to dyeing and finishing process, laboratory operation, laboratory samples and dyeing in workshop. The contents of this article has practical significance.
