摘要
根据苎麻和柞蚕丝纤维的结构特点和不同性质,探讨了苎麻 /柞蚕丝交织针织物的高档产品加工的可行性及其前处理工艺.经正交试验确立了其最佳漂白工艺:双氧水15g/L,碳酸钠2.0g/L,硅酸钠7g/L,精练助剂4.5g/L,JFC4g/L,浴比1∶30,pH值9.5~10.5,90~95℃处理60min.整理后织物的毛效可达15.2cm/30min,白度77.84%
Starting from the structural characteristics and varied properties of ramie and tussah fibres, the researchers made an investigation of the processing feasibity of high grade product of ramie/ tussah silk mixed knitted fabric and its pretreatment process. The optimal bleaching process has been established through orthogonal experiment:15g/ L hydrogen peroxide, 2.0g/ L sodium carbonate, 7g/ L sodium silicate,4.5g/ L scouring agent, 4g/ L JFC, bath ratio:1∶30, pH 9.5~10.5, treating at 90~95℃ for 60 minutes. The capillary effect of the treated fabric can reach 15.2cm/ 30min, whiteness 77.84%.
