摘要
在实验室规模上 ,对玉米秸秆粉的稀酸水解条件以及水解糖液中木糖的乙醇发酵进行了初步研究 ,在12 1℃、90min、固形物 2 0 %、1.5 %硫酸的条件下可得 2 7.0 %的总糖转化率 ,热带假丝酵母菌株 (CandidatropicalisSQY2 - 30 )在 2 9~ 30℃、摇床 90r/min的条件下发酵糖度为 7%的玉米秸秆粉水解糖液 ,可得到 16 .
The condition of dilute hydrolyzing corn stover powder and the ethanol fermentation from xylose in hydrolyzing sugar succus at laboratory scale in this paper was preliminarily researched. The total sugar transform rate 27.0% was obtained at 121℃?90min?solid substance20% and H2SO4 1.5%.The 16.9g/L of ethanol concentration was obtained from 7% of corn stover hydrolyzing sugar succus by Candia tropicalis SQY2-30 at 29~30℃?shaking 90r/min.
