The influence of amphoteric polyacryamide on the physical properties of waste paper pulp was studied.The experiment results showed that amphoteric polyacryamide had good effect on enhancing the strength of waste paper pulp.The sorts of waste paper pulp,the pH and the dosage of amphoteric polyacryamide were key factors affecting the strengthening result.The studies showed that the appropriate dosage of amphoteric polyacryamide was 3-5kg per ton waste paper pulp when the best strengthening result was obtained.
