摘要
本文分别对胃、十二指肠溃疡病未手术者和行胃大部切除者的血浆血管活性肠肽(VIP)和 P 物质(SP)进行了研究。结果表明未手术组和手术组空腹血浆偏低,但两组无显著性差异。进食高脂混和食物后,两组血浆 VIP 水平均显著增高,手术组高峰值明显高于未手术组。脂餐后,未手术组病人血浆 SP 明显升高,而手术组无明显增高。胃大部切除术后,VIP 释放的增加及 SP 释放的障碍,可能是引起倾倒综合征和胆囊结石发病的原因之一。
Thirty eight patients with duodenal ulcer,including 31 after partial gastrectomyand 7 controls,were given high-fat diet,The result showed that the peak plasmaVIP of both patients with gastrectomy and controls after dlet was significantlyhigher than basal value.The peak plasma VIP of patients with gastrectomy was sig-nificantly higher than that of controls.The plasma SP of controls was significantlyrose after diet,but that of patients with gastectomy had no significant increase.The high concentration of VIP and low concentration of SP in postprandial plasmain gastrectomized patients might play a role in the higher incidence of gallstones anddumping syndrome.
