选择性冠状动脉造影的临床研究

Clinical research of the results of coronary angiography

对1990年4月至11月19例(20例次)冠状动脉造影和左室造影作了临床分析,发现有冠状动脉病变者11例,高危病变者2例,冠状动脉变异者2例。在冠脉造影异常者中,心电图正常者2例;心电图异常者中冠脉造影正常者3例,可能系X综合症。心电图,超声心动图与冠脉造影的阳性符合率分别为80％和60％。超声心动图与左室造影的阳性符合率为100％。对一例复杂双支病变患者成功地做PTCA。

Through analysing clinical data, coronary angiography and left ventriculogram of 20 cases who were hospitalized from April to November 1990, 11 cases with coronary vessel lesions, 2cases with high dangerous lesions in the 11 cases, 2 cases with anomalous coron ary artery, 2 cases with normal electrocardiogram but coronary stenosis and 3 cases with normal coronary angiography but electrocardiogram manifestations of ischemia-X syndrome were found. The positive rate in conformity electrocardiogram and echocardiogram with co- ronary angiography is 80% and 60% respectively. The positive rate in conformity echocar-diogram with left ventraculogram is 100%. In addition, one case of P.T.C.A of double vessel lesions was reported. The article suggests coronary angiography is a accurative and safe method in diagnosing coronary heart disease and provides reliable evidences for interve-ntional therapy of coronary heart disease.
