糖尿病患者的高频心电图观察

Observat on of High Frequency EKG in Diabetics

本实验以高频心电图为指标,观察了糖尿病人(n=46)、正常人(n=61)和冠心病人(n=58)六个导联 QRS 波群的高频成分。结果表明:1.糖尿病组高频切迹数(2.37±1.72)与正常组(0.87±0.94)和冠心病组(3.57±2.09)均有显著差异(P<0.01)。2.未发现糖尿病人的高频切迹均数与性别、年龄、血糖浓度及病程的相关关系。研究提示:高频心电图是糖尿病患者早期心肌损伤无创性检测的辅助手段。

In this experiment,high frequency components of QRS complexes wcre observedin six leads in 56 diabetics,61 normal subjects and 58 patients-with coronary arterydisease.The results were as follows(?)(1)There were significant differences betweemthe diabetes and the normal group(P<0.01),and between the diabetes and the coro-nary disease group(P<0.01)in the average of high frequency notchings;(2)Thecorrelation of the high frequency notchings average was not found in sex,age,bloodsugar concentration and the course of disease in the diabetic group.It was suggestedthat high frequency electrocardiogram was a noninvasive and supplementary methodfor finding the early myocardial damage in diabetics.
