富铬酵母对实验性糖尿病的影响

Effect of Chromium-rich Yeast on Experimental Diabetes

本文研究富铬酵母对四氧嘧啶引起的实验性糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用。每日口服富铬酵母0.5g/kg 和1g/kg,连续服药58天,两种剂量均明显降低四氧嘧啶引起的血糖升高。病理检查可见服药组胰岛数量增多、胰岛面积增大,与对照组比较有明显差异,其它脏器未见明显异常。

The effect of chromium-rich yeast on alloxan induced experimental diabetes inrats was studied.Chromium-rich yeast 0.5g/kg/d or 1.0g/kg/d were given to ratsfor 58 days continuously.Both dosages exhibited marked decrease of blood glucosein alloxan induced experimental diabetes.Pathological examination of the amountand area of pancreatic islets showed increase in both the small and large dosagegroups of chromium-rich yeast than that in the control group.They had significance.No abnormalities of other organs have been shown.
