摘要
本文从13例急性心肌梗塞犬模型所做的心内导管电极除颤的实验研究发现,最小有效除颤能量(DFT)为9.03±3.49焦耳(J),50%和100%除颤成功率时最小有效除颤能量分别为11.00±4.18J 和13.29±2.91J,并对除颤后心律失常做了分析。
Experimental study of electrical ventricular defibrillations via intracardiac ca-theter in canine models of acute myocardial infarction was made.It was found thatthe minimal effective energy(DFT)of defibrillations was 9.03±3.49 Joule(J),thedefibrillation thresholds(DFT)on 50% and 100% successful defibrillation rates were11.00±4.18J and 13.29±2.912 respectively.Post-defibrillation arrhythmias were alsoanalyzed.
