Ovarian Pregnancy

本文总结我院1973～1989年4月收治的10例卵巢妊娠,发病率为1∶14000次妊娠,占异位妊娠的1.19%,临床表现与输卵管妊娠,黄体破裂,卵巢滤泡破裂相似,分析了误诊的原因及术前确诊的要点,阐明带宫内节育器与异位妊娠的关系,着重介绍我院病理科对卵巢妊娠的大体,镜下病理分型及卵泡内妊娠,卵泡外妊娠和混合性妊娠各型的特点。

Ten eases of overian pregnancy treated in this hospital from 1973 to April 1989were reviewed.The incidence of this condition was one in 14000 normal pregnancy,accounting for 1.19% of ectopic gestation,The clinical features were similar tosalpingocyesis and rupture of lutein cysts.The reasons of erroneous diagnosis andmain points in confirming the diagnosis before operation were analysed.The relationbetween in situ IUCD and ectopic gestation was noted.
