“老子饮”对超氧化物歧化酶及脂质过氧化影响的研究

Effect of laozi-drink on superoxide dismutase and lipid peroxidation

“老子饮”系千年古方,据记载有延年益寿之功效。我们用60只大白兔进行了其抗衰老作用的研究,给试验组大白兔每只每天5ml,共观察三个月,结果提示“老子饮”可以提高血清SOD水平,改善细胞脂质过氧化,推测其有抗衰老之功效。

Laozi-drink, a traditional Chinese herb preparation, has been much suggested to possess antiager effect. In this study, Laozi-drink was utilized to investigate the postulated ef -fect. 60 rabbits were used in the experiment. Animals were feeded Laozi-drink 5ml/day for three months. The result shows that Laozi-drink can elevate the level of SOD in serum, alleviate cell's lipid peroxidation. It is proved that Laozi-drink possess antiageing effect,
