急性脑血管病血清铜锌超氧化物歧化酶含量变化与脑组织损伤

The relation between the concentration of serum SOD-1 and cerebral lesion in patients with cerebral stroke

摘要 测定47例急性脑血管病患者血清SOD-1,并与头颅CT对照分析。结果表明急性脑血管病者血清SOD-1含量均明显升高,与对照组相比差异非常显著(P<0.001)。SOD-1升高的程度与脑梗塞面积呈负相关;与脑出血的关系:出血量≤30ml者,SOD-1含量与出血量呈正相关,出血量>30ml者SOD-1升高的幅度随出血量的增多而降低。提示血清SOD-1含量在一定程度上可反映脑组织损伤的程度。 The serum Cu-Zn-superoxide dismutase (Cu-Zn-SOD, SOD-1) was quantified in 23 patients with cerebral infarction and 24 patients with cerebral hemorrhage. The results showed that the average values of serum SOD-1 in the two groups were remarkably higher than that in the normal (P<0.001). Comparing with Computed Tomography we, found that the increase of serum SOD-1 declined with the enlargement of cerebral infarction area and was positive correlative with the volum of cerebral hemorrhage as it was less than or equal to 30 ml, which indicated that the concentration of serum SOD-1 might suggest the seriousness of cerebral lesion in some degree.
