Experimental Study on Catheterized Chemotherapy in Portal Vein System

本研究单独使用门静脉化疗治疗家兔肝肿瘤 V_x-2,经皮下注射装置(Pott-A-Cath-System)注入 Adriaein 5天后发现,两组动物肝肿瘤均有明显增长,但治疗组的肿瘤增长倍数和远处转移率都明显小于对照组(P<0.01),肿瘤增长抑制率为54.5%,属于有效范围。未发现外科并发症和肝损害。作者讨论了门静脉化疗的病生理基础和临床应用的意义。

Implanted Vx-2 tumors in rabbit's livers were treated only by chemotherapyof Adriacin(0.5mg/kg/day)through the portal vein system,using implantable druginjection device(Port-A-Cath-System,PACSO).After 5 days of treatment,the tumorvolume proliferation folds of treated group was much smaller than that of thecontrol group(P<0.01)and the depression rate of tumor proliferation was higherthan 42%(54.5%),indicating effectiveness.Neither surgical complications nor liverfunction damage were found.The pathophysiologic basis and importance of clinicapplication of this approach of therapy were also discussed.
