摘要
作者测定了不同年龄组正常人和动脉硬化闭塞病患者的动脉顺应性、弹性模量,颈一股和肱—桡脉波速度。实验表明,零压顺应性(Co)随年龄增长而降低,弹性模量(E_1)随年龄增加而逐渐增大,能较好反映血管的生理性改变。动脉硬化闭塞症组 Co、E_1 与同年龄正常组比较差异非常显著(P<0.001)并与动脉硬化损伤程度有关。结果表明,本法对了解血管的弹性特性生理及病理改变是十分有价值的方法,灵敏度高,特异性强。
Determinations of arterial compliance and elastic modulus have been shown us- eful method in studying pathophysiologic mechanisms.Arterial compliance,elasticmodulus,carotid-femoral and brachioradial pulse wave velocities were measured in67 subjects:55 normal subjects and 12 patients with artericscleotic obliteration(ASO).The results showed that the Co of 12 patients with ASO was much lowerthan that of 35 normal subjects in the same age(P<0.001).The E increased gra-dually with age and worsening degree of arteriosclerosis.The results showed thatthis method Would be valuable in clinical application and hemodynamic study.Thismethod is very sensitive and specific.
