Financing Difficulty of Medial and Small Enterprises' Development in China and Their Selection on Strategic Policy

改革开放以来 ,中小企业在我国经济发展中发挥了重要作用 ,并且根据资源比较优势 ,我国有进一步大力发展中小企业的必要。然而由于中小企业本身的原因和我国金融体制改革的滞后 ,当前中小企业发展中融资困难的问题相当突出 ,这直接制约着中小企业的持续发展。提高中小企业自身素质 ,建立一个符合我国国情的金融体系是解决我国中小企业融资问题的关键。改善中小企业融资现状的途径在于改革商业银行 ,提供政府支持 ,发展中小银行 。

Medial and small enterprises have played an important role in China economy since reform was carried on, and it is necessary to develop medial and small enterprises more strongly in China according to comparative advantage of China. However, because of the problem of medial and small enterprises themselves and the lag of finance system reform, it is very difficult for medial and small enterprise to finance, which straightly restricts the continuous development of medial and small enterprises. The paper considers that it is the key to improve the quality of medial and small enterprises and constitute a financial system according with the situation of China.
