随着物质文明和精神文明的极大发展 ,当代中国中小学闲暇教育已刻不容缓。它是社会历史发展的必然结果 ,是社会现状的强烈要求 ,是素质教育的重要环节。闲暇教育在现阶段应以独立的课程形式出现。课程内容有这样几方面 :认识闲暇价值 ,培养闲暇技能 ,个性化地安排闲暇生活 ,不断提高闲暇生活质量。它们环环相扣 。

With the great development of material civilization and spiritual values ,the education in leisure in elementary and secondary school becomes very urgent to us. It's an inevitable outcome of social development, a strong requirement of present situation and an important link of quality education. Education in leisure should be an independent course.The content of the course includes to learn about the value of leisure,to train the skills of leisure ,to arrange the life in leisure in personality and to improve the quality of life in leisure constantly .They are linked one by one and developed step by step .
