改革开放以来 ,乡镇企业为国民经济和社会发展作出了重要贡献。随着社会主义市场经济的逐步建立 ,乡镇企业的外部环境发生了深刻变化 ,对乡镇企业的发展提出了更大的挑战。政府应为乡镇企业的发展提供良好的外部环境 ,乡镇企业须实行机制改革 ,技术创新 ,提高人员素质 ,加强管理等措施 。

Rural enterprises contribute a lot to national economy soical development.With the establishing of socialist market economy,the outside environment around rural enterprises has been changing profoundly whith is challenging to rural enterprises' development.Government should supply good outside-environment to them while rural enterprises should carry out mechanism reform,technological innovation,staff quality improvement,management streng-thening to recreate pioneering work of rural entorprises.
