当今,文化力与政治力、经济力都是一个国家综合国力的重要组成部份。这是一个创新的时代,文化创新是一切创新的基础与核心。在中国,先进文化就是有中国特色的社会主义文化。 以创新精神建设先进文化,必须坚持马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论为指导;必须批判地继承中国传统文化,学习和借鉴人类一切优秀文化成果;必须以立为本,重在建设,不断满足人们日益增长的精神文化需求;必须以促进人的全面发展,推动社会的全面进步为根本方向。 创新是文化的生命,社会主义文化应该是一个动态的、开放的体系,继承、借鉴和创新是先进文化发展的根本途径。中华民族在实现全面复兴的历史时期,一定能够创造出璀璨夺目的社会主义新文化!
Presently, the power of culture, politics and economy have been important parts of synthetical national power. It is an era of bringing forth new ideas. However, bringing forth new ideas in culture is the foundation and kernel of all. In China, the advanced culture is just the Socialistic culture with Chinese feature. Bringing forth new ideas in constructing the advanced culture requires persisting in MarXism- Leninism, Maozedong Thought and DengXiaoPing Theory;carrying on the chinese traditonal culture critically;studying and using. all the human's excellent cultural achievements for reference; taking the creation as essence and laying stress on construction in order to satisty the increasing spiritous cultural needs of the people ; and looking on people' s overall development and social synthetical progress as an essential direction.in short, bringing forth new ideas is the life of the culture. the socialistic culture ought to be a dynamic open system, to develop it, the foundamental way is carrying on and drawing on the experience of the tradition, furthermore bringing forth newideas. thus, in this historical period of rejuvenation, the chinese nation can certainly create the dazzling new socialistic culture.
