随着社会、经济的发展,犯罪率不断上升,刑事案件越来越多。由于各种条件的限制,导致了刑事案件积案与日俱增。为了及时处理积案和集中力量查处大案要案,进一步提高诉讼效益,借鉴国外经验,结合中国国情,应扩大刑诉法中简易程序的适用范围,增加简易程序的类型。

With the development of society and economy, the criminal rate has been increasing and there are more and more criminal cases. All kinds of restrictions result in more and more long- pending problem. In order to solve the problem and improve the efficiency, we should draw on the foreign experiences to enlarge the applying scope of simple procedures in criminal procedure law as well as its types in the light of specific national conditions in china.
