论徽商“贾而好儒”及其现代价值

On merchants of Huizhou "liking Confucianismas dealing" and it's modern value

“贾而好儒”是徽商的一个重要的特征。他们或是“先儒后贾”,或是“先贾后儒”,或是“亦贾亦儒”。“贾”与“儒”的结合,便是徽商为“儒商”的内在根据。徽商以儒学指导“贾行”,以儒家“仁”、“善”思想和“以义统利”思想指导商务活动。“儒商”的现代价值主要表现在下面三个方面:第一,儒家“仁”的学说与现代公司的公众利益;第二,儒家义利观与现代公司的互惠互利;第三,儒家的“人和”思想与商务管理的“双向对称”。

'Being fond of Confucianism' is a important character of merchants of Huizhou. They are either dealers after Confucianists or Confucianist after dealers besides merchants as well as Confucian scholars. It is the combination of deal and Confucianism that constitute the inherent source which make the merchants of Huizhou Confucian merchants. The merchants of Huizhou directed their commercial practice with the idea of benevolence, kindness and benefit under righteous which the Confucian maintained. The modern value of Confucian merchants shows mainly on three sides as following, The first is the benevolence of Confucian doctrine to public benefit of modern company. The second is the idea of righteons and benefit to mutual benefit of contemporary company. The third is the Confucian thoughts of human harmony to the bilateral symmetry during modern business affairs.
