西北地区工业滞后因素分析及调整对策研究

The Analysis of Industry Lagging Factors in the North-west Area and the Research on the Adjustment Countermeasures

改革开放后 ,西北地区经济发展水平与东部及全国的差距逐年增大 ,就大区而论 ,已成为全国经济发展水平最低的地区。发展迟缓的原因是多方面的。其中工业增长滞后、工业经济效益滑坡是影响地区发展水平的重要因素。本文分析了西北地区工业自改革开放以来整体下降的原因 ,提出了在西部大开发的良好外部条件下 ,调整和优化西北地区工业结构。

The disparity of economic developent levels between the North-west and the East and the whole country is increasing year by year since the Openness and Reform Policy was issued. As far as the whole area is concerned, the north-west area has been the lowest economically developed area. There are various reasons. The draggling of industrial development and the declining of industrial benefit are two important factors that worked on. On the basis of statistical information, the paper reasons why it could happen. What's more? the paper advances the countermeasures and assumptions on the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure and how to develop industry under the good exterior conditions of the Western Exploitation.
