The purpose of national splittism and illegal religious activties is to destroy the stability in the west China and realizing the scheme of splitting the nation .In carrying out the strategy of opening up western provinces, it is necessary for the vast majority of people to improve the understanding of the importance of the west China stability ,achieving the aim of seeking unity of thinking reinforcing the strength from all directions ,and accomplishing the task of carrying out the opening up western provinces.
