社会主义市场经济体制与其民主政治的关系不能等同于经济基础与上层建筑的关系 ,而是一种具体的经济制度与民主制度特别是民主的具体运行机制和内容之间的关系。市场经济对民主政治的发展有积极影响的一方面 ,这是主要方面。也有消极影响的一方面 ,这是非主要方面。在大力发展市场经济促进民主政治发展的同时 ,必须对政治体制进行改革 。

This paper expounds that the relation between the socialist market economy system and socialist democratic politics cannot be equated with that between economic basis and superstructure, but is a relation between the concrete economic system and the democratic system, especially between the concrete democratic operation mechanism and its content. Market economy not only has a positive influence, which is the principal aspect, but has a negative influence, the secondary aspect, on democratic politics. While energetically developing market economy to promote the development of democracy, the political system must be reformed in order to realize the mutual development of market economy and democratic politics.
