通过对素质教育的概念及学校体育在素质教育中的地位和作用的研究 ,分析当前我国中小学学校体育的现状 ,探讨中小学学校体育改革中的体育师资、教材教法、评价体系等问题。
The paper deals with the position and role of PE in quality education at primary and middle schools. It analyses the present condition of PE in our country and discusses its reform.
