摘要
[目的 ]实验观察自体红骨髓移植修复关节软骨缺损的形态变化过程 .[方法 ]将自体新鲜红骨髓移植于 2 6例中国家兔膝关节股骨髌面制作的 3 0mm× 6 0mm全层关节软骨缺损区 ,通过肉眼、光学显微镜、电子显微镜观察和图像分析等方法 ,观察不同时期修复组织的形态变化 .[结果 ]于术后第4周 ,自体新鲜红骨髓移植组修复组织细胞的形态、分布及排列接近正常软骨组织 ,其修复组织中单个细胞面积达到正常水平 .[结论 ]自体新鲜红骨髓具有良好的成软骨能力 ,成软骨的过程分为肉芽组织形成期、前软骨期和成熟软骨期 3个阶段 .
OBJECTIVE?The process of morphological changes was experimentally observed in repairing articular cartilage defects with transplanting the autologous red bone marrow.?METHODS?The autologous red bone marrow was transplanted onto the 3 0?mm×6 0?mm of articular cartilage defects produced by operation in 26 cases of knee joint of Chinese rabbits, and the morphological changes of transplanted autologous red bone marrow in different stage were observed by macroscopy, light and electronic microscopy and technology of image analysis.?RESULTS?The morphology, distribution and arrangement of repaired tissues were closed to normal cartilage in the group of transplanting autologous red bone marrow and the single cell areas were reached normal level in 4th week after operation.?CONCLUSION?The transplantation of autologous red bone marrow could repair the articular cartilage defects. The process of regenerating the articular cartilage by red bone marrow is divided into performing stage of granulation tissue, pre cartilage stage and maturation stage of cartilage.
