标准曲线法测定极弱二元碱的含量

[目的 ]研究简便、快速测定极弱二元碱含量的方法 .[方法 ]用标准曲线法测定了极弱二元碱 :苹果酸钠、酒石酸钠、柠檬酸钠的含量 .[结果 ]CKb2 <10 -9,Kb1/Kb2 <2 70倍的情况下用强酸滴定极弱二元碱 ,可以获得满意的结果 .[结论 ]CKb2 <10 -9,Kb1/Kb2 <2 70倍的情况下 ,CKb2 ≥ 0 .85× 10 -12的条件下 ,分析结果的误差均小于 1 0 % ,从而验证了理论上推导的误差计算公式 .

OBJECTIVE?To study the simple and rapid methods of content determination for the exceedingly weak diabasic albalies.?METHODS?The contents of exceedingly weak diabasic alkalies such as sodium DL Hydroxy Succinic acid , sodium citric acid and sodium adipic acid were detected by using the standard curve method.?RESULTS?The satisfactory results could be obtained when the exceedingly weak diabasic alkalies was titrated with strong acids at the CK b2 <10 -9 ,K b1 / K b2 <270. ?CONCLUSION?At the CK b2 <10 -9 , K b1 /K b2 <270 and CK b2 ≥0.85×10 -12 , the analytical result errors were all less than 1.0%, therefore the error calculative formulas inferred in theory are validated.
